Please take a moment to review the following information
Direct Care Option
Direct Care Therapy is a structured, monthly approach to mental health care designed for clients who benefit from greater consistency, continuity, and therapeutic containment.
Rather than session-by-session scheduling, Direct Care prioritizes steady engagement, clear expectations, and intentional pacing. This model supports deeper work by reducing disruption and allowing therapy to unfold in a more grounded, consistent way.
Direct Care may be a good fit for clients who feel high-functioning but emotionally exhausted, have a history of trauma or chronic stress, or have tried traditional therapy and are seeking something more stable and sustained.
Direct Care Therapy is offered as a monthly private-pay option, typically ranging from $700–$1,000 per month, depending on clinical needs and level of support. Enrollment is intentionally limited to preserve quality and availability.
Magnolia Mental Health & Wellness also continues to offer insurance-based therapy for standard session-based care when available. Please see FAQs page for more details.
Traditional Rates
Intake sessions are 60 minutes and are $200.00 for individuals and $250.00 for couples. Regular session rates are $165.00. A regular session is approximately 53 minutes. Please inquire about additional rates for longer session times and for completing document requests.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visitwww.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
